Property layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.
Also featured in this recent image disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had created development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in notations in red and includes a legend identifying distinct sections of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, including plans for boat shelters.
Additional documentation made public as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
